品管圈在血液透析机维护管理中的应用

摘　　要：本文针对血液透析机维护和管理存在的问题,探讨对血液透析机维护和管理方面的改进,降低血透机使用风险,提高医疗质量。通过组织品管圈活动对血液透析维护和管理问题进行剖析,加强其在临床使用中的全面维护与管理,明确血液透析机的维护工作与管理方向,并形成相应的制度规范。品管圈活动使得血透机的故障率明显下降,并且减少了患者等候时间,提高了患者的满意度。In view of the existing problems in hemodialysis machine maintenance and management, this study aimed to explore improvement measures of hemodialysis machine maintenance and management, to reduce the using risks and improve the quality of health care. By organizing the quality control circle activities, the problems in maintenance hemodialysis and management were analyzed, and comprehensive maintenance and management in clinical use was strengthened. Then the maintenance and management direction was clerified and the corresponding specification was formed. Quality management circle activity made hemodialysis machine failure rate declined obviously, reduced patient waiting time, and improved the patient’s satisfaction.
