摘　　要：智慧城市建设投资模式已由政府作为投资主体转变为市场多元化投资,企业作为多元主体中的一员,面临的投融资风险更加复杂。论文基于智慧城市发展现状,对PPP模式下的企业智慧城市建设投融资风险管理体系的建立进行了探讨。The investment model of smart city construction has changed from the government as the main investment to the market diversification investment. As a member of the multi main body, the risk of investment and financing is more complex. Based on the current development situation of smart city, this paper discusses the establishment of investment and financing risk management system of enterprise wisdom and cityconstruction under PPP mode.
