参芍片/胶囊治疗冠心病临床随机对照试验的Meta分析  

Shenshao Tablets/capsules in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease:a Meta-analysis of Clinical Randomized Controlled Trials

摘　　要：目的系统评价参芍片/胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、Embase、Wiley、Ovid、SCI、Clinical Trials.gov、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库建库至今以参芍片/胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床随机对照试验(RCT),按照Cochrane系统评价方法对符合纳入标准的文献进行数据提取和质量评价后,采用Rev-Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究纳入12篇RCT,1 915例冠心病心绞痛病人。Meta分析结果显示:参芍片/胶囊对心绞痛症状(OR=2.90,95%CI2.16~3.90,P<0.00001)和心电图改善(OR=2.10,95%CI1.67~2.64,P<0.000 01)的临床有效率均明显高于对照组,无严重不良反应发生。结论参芍片/胶囊治疗可提高冠心病心绞痛的临床有效率,改善心绞痛症状,且安全性较好。Objective. To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shenshao tablets/capsules in the treatment of angina pec-toris of coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods Retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Wiley,Ovid, SCI,Clinical Trials. gov, CNKI, VIP, CBM,and Wanfang database,the clinical randomized controlled trials（RCTs） about the efficacy of Shenshao tablets/ capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD were collected.Meta analysis was performed by RevMan 5.2 software after data extraction and quality evaluation by Cochrane Risk of Bias tool.Results In this review,twelve RCTs were enrolled,involving 1 915 patients with angina pectoris of CHD based on the selection criteria.Results of meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement（OR = 2.90,95% CI 2.16-3.90, P〈0.000 01）,and electrocardiogram improvement（OR =2.10,95.% CI 1.67-2.64, P 〈0.000 01） inShenshao tablets/capsules group were significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusi＇on Shens-hao tablets/capsules can improve the clinical efficacy and the symptoms of angina in patients with angina pectoris of CHD.
