摘  要:针对精密加工过程中对刀具切削刃形状监测的需求,本文对基于形状匹配技术的刀具在机监测方法进行了研究.设计并搭建了刀具在机图像采集系统;利用改进的Brenner自动对焦算法实现刀具图像的高质量采集;通过改进的Canny算法计算边缘点位置和梯度方向向量,实现刀具切削刃的轮廓描述;最后根据计算在机获取的刀具切削刃和原始切削刃形状的匹配度来判定刀具是否磨损.实验表明,本文算法得到的刀具监测系统的监测结果与后刀面磨损量VB具有很强的相关性,且具有稳定性好、效率高等优点,因此形状模板匹配算法的匹配度可以作为刀具磨损的判断依据.Regarding the requirements on monitoring the cutting tool edge during ultra-machining, a study of cutting tool monitoring method based on shape matching has been launched. A tool image acquisition system, which combines improved Brenner gradient operator and control system of machine, was designed and established to achieve the auto-focus function of cutting tools. On the premise of making sure the im-age focus accuracy, the improved Canny operator was adopted to calculate the edge point position as well as gradient direction vector. Then the initial and obtained images were compared to judge whether the ab-rasion tool is worn. Experimental results show that the monitoring result of the system has a strong corre-lation with flank wear VB, and has the advantages of great stability and high efficiency. So the score of the shape matching can be the judgment for the tool wear.
