摘　　要：《皇明条法事类纂》是明代法制重要文献。经对正编与附编对勘,发现正编中大部分"有目无文"的条目,其文字就在附编中。有新的证据表明该书确实是署名者戴金所编次。该书存在的若干谜团是清代后期有人为出手此书而故设迷局弄巧成拙的结果。该书对于了解明代法制演变具有很高的学术价值。The Huangmingtiaofashileizuan is an important document in the Ming Dynasty legal systemAfter the comparative analysis of the main text and note, we find there are a lot of titles without body parts, while the body parts could be found in the note. There is new evidence suggest that the book is actually written by the academic DAI Jin. The mysteries of the book are the result of the deliberately setting up of the puzzles by some of the late Qing Dynasty^ whose intention were to sell the book. The book is of great academic value in understanding the evolution of the Ming Dynasty^ legal system.
