摘　　要：梳理国内与国外关于生态公益林补偿的研究成果,分别从生态公益林补偿政策实施的原因及必要性、生态公益林补偿对象、补偿标准、补偿机制以及生态公益林补偿政策对于相关利益主体意愿行为的影响等方面进行文献回顾。从现有文献来看,学界对于生态公益林补偿的涵义、补偿的理论基础与必要性方面都没有太大的分歧,学界更多关注的是补偿标准与补偿机制这方面,如何制定合适的补偿标准以及量化补偿指标成为学界讨论的重点。最后认为,研究的方向应该是:林农响应生态公益林补偿政策意愿、补偿政策对林农收入的影响、补偿政策对林农林业生产效率影响以及林农需求的生态公益林补偿政策优先序等会是下一步重点研究的方向。This paper reviewed literaturesin ecological public welfare forest compensation at home and abroad,focusing on the reasons for the compensation policy of ecological public welfare forest,the object,standard and mechanism of ecological forest compensation policy and the effect on the willingness behavior of related stakeholders.It finds that scholars differ in their understanding about the ecological public welfare compensation,the theoretical basis and the need for compensation. The academic community is more interested in the compensation standards and compensation mechanisms in this regard so that how to develop appropriate compensation standards and quantitative compensation indicators have become the focus of academic discussion.Finally,this paper argues that future research should study forest farmers' willingness to respond to the ecological public welfare forest compensation policy,the impact of compensation policy on forest farmers' income,forest agriculture and forestry production efficiency,and priority order for the demand for ecological agriculture forest compensation policy.The respond to the ecological public welfare forest compensation policy,the impact of compensation policy on forest farmers' income,forest agriculture and forestry production efficiency,and priority order for the demand for ecological agriculture forest compensation policy.
