摘 要:目的探究心电编辑在房颤患者行双源CT冠状动脉成像中的应用。方法选择我院在2015年3月至2016年3月收治的房颤患者43例作为研究对象,所有患者行双源CT冠状动脉成像,应用4分法对图像质量进行分段,对于分值在1分以下或者连续2段分值为2分的患者进行心电编辑,以此作为分组标准,将两组患者的心率波动、平均心率及心率变异进行对比分析。结果图像质量评价的动脉共608段,其中心电编辑23例,而无心电编辑20例,经过对比两组患者的心率波动、平均心率及心率变异,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论在房颤患者双源CT冠状动脉成像中应用心电编辑,可提升图像质量,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the applications of ECG editing in dual-source CT coronary artery imaging in patients with at- rial fibrillation. Methods 43 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research object,all the patients were given dual-source CT coronary artery imaging,four points method was applied to segmentation of image quality,the score below 1 or got score with 2 consecutive 2 points were selected for ECG editing,and this was set as a group standard, then the heart rate fluctuations, the average heart rate and heart rate variation of the two groups of pa- tients with were analyzed. Results In the image quality evaluation of the artery,there was 806 segments in total,including 23 cases of ECG editing,and 20 cases of no electricity edit, compared the average heart rate and heart rate variation of heart rate fluctuations of the two groups of patients,there was no differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion In patients with atrial fibrillation,the dual-source CT coronary artery imaging of ECG editing can improve image quality,thus it is worthy of application.
