动态心电图在冠心病心律失常患者中的诊断效果

摘　　要：目的探讨动态心电图在冠心病心律失常患者中的诊断效果。方法取2014年12月至2016年12月医院收治冠心痛心律失常患者120例作为研究对象，入院后完善相关检查，患者分别行常规心电图和动态心电图对患者进行诊断，分析动态心电图在冠心病心律失常患者中的诊断效果。结果动态心电图诊断房早、房颤、室早、室速及房室传导阻滞检出率，高于常规心电图（P〈O．05）；动态心电图心率变异率中SDNN、SDANN及RMSSD水平，高于常规心电图（P〈0．05）。结论冠心病心律失常患者采用动态心电图诊断效果理想，准确率更高，能为疾病临床诊断、治疗提供依据和参考，值得推广应用。Objective to study the dynamic electrocardiogram （ecg） in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research object, after admission, all the patients underwent relevant inspection, and were diagnosed with routine electrocardiogram （ecg） and dynamic ecgrespectively, diagnosis effect of dynamic electrocardiogram （ecg） in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） arrhythmia was analyzed. Results the daignose rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in early,atrial fi- brillation, premature ventricular rate,ventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular block was higher than that of conventional electro- cardiogram（P〈0.05） ;the dynamic electrocardiogram （ecg） heart rate variation rate in SDNN,SDANN and RMSSD level was high- er than that of conventional electrocardiogram（P〈0.05）. Conclusion in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） arrhythmia, diagnosis effect of dynamic electrocardiogram is ideal, with higher accuracy,and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, thus it is worthy of popularization and application.
