五七社区居民对手足癣的认知、态度及行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对五七社区居民对手足癣的认知、态度及行为进行调查、分析，为临床防治手足癣提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法，由统一的调查人员上门访谈并发放自行设计的调查表，对江汉油田五七社区中340名常住居民及外来流动人员进行问卷调查。结果江汉油田五七社区中常住居民及外来流动人员对手足癣疾病知识及传染等方面的知识均有所了解，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而常住居民对手足癣知识的治疗方面均优于外来流动人员，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗方式均以药物治疗为主，外来流动人口欠缺主动治疗的意识，居民主要通过电视媒体、互联网及医疗机构等途径来了解手足癣的相关知识。结论居民对手足癣的治疗态度有待提高，需加强宣传力度，让居民意识到治疗的重要性，以降低手足癣发生率。Objective to having community residents cognition,attitude and behavior of athletets foot on investigation and analy-sis,provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of brothers tinea. Methods using cluster sampling method,distributed by unified investigation on-site interviews and self-designed questionnaire,340 permanent residents in jianghan oilfield having commu- nity and the survey of migrant workers. Results The results of Jianghan oilfield having community residents and migrant workers in the opponent tinea disease knowledge and spread knowledge to understand somewhat,there was no statistically significant differ- ence（P〉0.05） ;Tinea and permanent residents rivals, knowledge is superior to the treatment of migrant workers, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05） ;Treatments are mainly drug treatment,floating population is lack of the consciousness of active treatment, residents mainly through television media,the Internet and medical institutions and other ways to get to know brothers tinea of related knowledge. Conclusion residents opponent needs to improve the treatment of tinea attitude,to strengthen publicity, let oeoole realize the importance of treatment,in order to reduce the incidence of brothers tinea.
