摘 要:目的通过调查柔韧性平足(FFF)在学龄期儿童群体中的流行状况,分析其相关的致病因素。方法采用横断面调查方法,应用Foot Scan足底压力测试系统对1 059名学龄期儿童(年龄6~13岁)进行双侧足底压力测试并搜集测试数据。统计分析儿童FFF与年龄、性别、左右足分布、体重指数(BMI)间的关系。结果学龄期儿童FFF的发生率在6岁时为39.5%,12岁时降低至11.8%,并且在12~13岁时处于平台期。儿童FFF的发生率与超重(OR=1.35)、肥胖(OR=2.43)呈正相关;但在低龄组(6~9岁)中,只有肥胖(OR=3.25)与其发生率呈正相关。性别、左右侧的差异与儿童FFF的发生率无相关关系。结论 FFF的发生率随着儿童年龄的增长逐渐降低,至12~13岁时达到平台期,趋于稳定;其发生率与BMI呈正相关。Objective To investigate the flexible flatfoot(FFF) prevalence and related factors in school-aged Chinese children. Methods A total of 1,059 children aged from 6 to 13 years old were included. Dynamic footprints according to Foot Scan system were collected from both feet. The relationship of FFF with age, gender, side, body mass index(BMI) was investigated. Results The percentage of FFF decreased from 39.5% at 6 years to 11.8% at 12 years, and reached a platform at 12 to 13 years. Overweight(OR =1.35) and obese(OR =2.43) showed positive correlation with percentage of FFF children;but only obese(OR =3.25) showed positive correlation in small age group(6 to 9 years). No correlation was found between FFF prevalence and gender or side. Conclusion The prevalence of FFF decreases with age, and reaches a platform at 12 to 13 years. The prevalence of FFF is positively correlated with increased BMI.
