摘 要:为研究湿式离合器摩擦片分离起始状态油膜承载力,建立了固定摩擦副间隙的油膜承载力模型,采用有限元方法求解了摩擦副间油膜压力分布,对比分析了无油槽摩擦副与径向槽摩擦副间的油膜承载力。通过对不同结构参数油槽的油膜承载力的仿真计算,研究了油槽深度、个数和槽占比对承载力的影响,得出了提高承载力的油槽合理结构参数,为合理选择摩擦片的结构设计提供理论依据。To study the oil film bearing capacity of wet clutch friction disk at initial separation state, the bearing capacity model at fixed friction gap is built. Using finite element method, the oil film pressure distribu- tion in a friction pair is calculated, and comparative analysis with the oil film bearing capacity of radial groove friction components and non - groove ones is performed. Through simulation calculation of the oil bearing capac- ity of different friction disk structural parameters, the effect of groove depth, number and proportion on oil film bearing capacity is studied. The reasonable structural parameters are obtained to improve the bearing capacity of oil film as theoretical basis for the structure design of friction disk.
