摘 要:线齿轮机构在啮合的过程中,法向侧隙影响其在正转至反转的过渡。在空间曲线啮合理论的基础上,研究了适合正反转的空间螺旋曲面齿轮副。以螺旋线为中心线,研究截面为圆时其曲面方程,并构建此曲面为主动轮齿面,分析其啮合时主动齿面上的正反转接触线。以此正反转接触线为基准,计算矩形截面的从动轮曲面方程,由此构建从动轮曲面,使其能包含主动齿面的圆截面。研究空间螺旋曲面齿轮副的运动学性能,结果表明,此方法构建的齿轮副,在正反转时能够完整过渡而没有大的法向侧隙,能够满足传动的需求。During the meshing process of line gear, the normal side gap affects the transition from the pos- itive to the reverse. Based on the space curve meshing theory, the spiral surface gears which can suit the posi- tive and reverse transmission is researched. Taking the spiral line as the center line, the curved surface equa- tion is studied, the driving surface is constructed. The positive and negative switching contact lines on the driv- en surface are analyzed. According to the positive and negative transfer line, the rectangular section is construc- ted, which can include the circular cross section of the driving surface. The curved surface equation is studied for constructing the driven surface. The kinematic performance of this kind of gear is studied. The results show that the gear pairs constructed by this method can fully transition without the large normal side gap, and meet the needs of the transmission.
