摘 要:剃齿接触变形区域的弹塑性变形是影响剃齿中凹误差的重要因素,弹塑性应力分析是分析弹塑性变形的前提。应用Hertz理论建立了剃齿过程接触变形区域的局部坐标系,构建了弹、塑性应力分析模型,分析了剃齿接触变形区域的弹、塑性应力,提出了接触变性区域的弹性应力计算公式和由塑性变形产生的残余应力计算公式,得到了剃齿加工过程接触变形区域的弹性屈服极限应力值,并以此值为判据,作为区分被剃齿轮接触变形区域的弹性变形和塑性变形的理论分界值,这为定量分析被剃齿轮接触变形区域的弹塑性变形的性质提供了方法。The elastic plastic deformation of the tooth contact deformation area is an important factor which influences the concave error of shaving teeth. The application of Hertz theory to establish the shaving process contact deformation area in local coordinate system, the elastic plastic stress analysis model is constructed, the contact deformation region of the elastic and plastic stress of shaving is analyzed, the calculation formula and the plastic deformation stress calculation formula of the residual stress in contact area degeneration the elastic is put forward, the elastic limit yield stress value of shaving process contact deformation region is got, and this value as a criterion, as distinguished by the deformation area of contact gear elastic deformation and plastic deforma- tion theory of boundary value, a method for quantitative analysis by the property of deformation of elastic - plas- tic deformation area of contact shaving gear is provided.
