摘  要:为详细研究有机肥对玉米氮吸收的影响规律,试验在田间条件下,设置空白对照(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、有机肥(T3)3个处理,研究了玉米各器官氮吸收变化情况。结果表明,茎氮吸收量T3处理分别比T1,T2处理提高45.26%,21.86%,且差异显著;叶片氮吸收T3处理高于T2处理2.02 kg/hm^2,但二者间无显著差异;雌穗氮吸收T3处理分别高于T1,T2处理33.15%,9.82%,无显著差异;T3处理苞叶和籽粒氮吸收分别高于T2处理27.07%,2.98%,但无显著差异,显著高于T1处理;T3处理总氮积累量分别高于T1,T2处理47.76%,6.53%,氮肥利用率T3处理比T2处理提高12.50百分点。综合分析认为,施用有机肥对促进玉米氮吸收效果最好。To study the effect of organic fertilizer on nitrogen uptake in maize, the test set blank control(T1), conventional fertilization(T2), organic fertilizer(T3)3 treatment under field conditions, and studied changes of nitrogen absorption in different organs of maize. The results showed that the stem nitrogen uptake of T3 treatment in increased by 45.26%, 21.86% compared to T1, T2 treatment, respectively, and which had significant difference. Leaf nitrogen uptake of T3 treatment was higher than T2 treatment2.02 kg/hm^2, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Female ear nitrogen uptake of T3 treatment was higher than T1, T2 treatment 33.15%, 9.82%, respectively, and then had no significant difference. Nitrogen uptake in bract and grain of T3 treatment was higher than T2 treatment 27.07%, 2.98%, respectively, and then had no significant difference, significantly higher than T1 treatment.Total nitrogen accumulation of T3 treatment was higher than T1, T2 treatment 47.76%, 6.53%, respectively, nitrogen utilization rate of T3 treatment increased by 12.50 percentage points compared with T2 treatment. Comprehensive analysis showed that T3 treatment on nitrogen uptake of maize was best.
