摘 要:对新疆煤的胶质层指数、粘结指数、奥阿膨胀度、基氏流动度、灰组成和显微组成等进行了检测分析,并与疆外煤进行对比分析。结果表明,新疆煤的粘结性较高,硫分较低,但基氏流动度和奥阿膨胀度较低,碱性氧化物含量高,导致配煤炼焦后的焦炭热强度较差。优化配煤方案后,焦炭冷热态强度均得到改善,反应后强度提高了近8%。Some Xinjiang coal characteristics, such as plastometric indices, caking index, Audibert- Arnu dilatometer, Gieseler fluidity, ash composition and microlathotype composition were tested and compared with coal outside Xinjiang area. Results showed that coals produced in Xinjiang had a higher caking index, lower sulfur content, lower Gieseler fluidity index, lower Arnu-Audibert's dilatation and higher alkaline oxide contend. All of these led to the noticeable influence on the CSR of coke produced. Through optimizing coal blending scheme, cold and hot state strength of coke were improved and coke strength after reaction increased by nearly 8%
