摘  要:熔融还原炼铁技术是低碳炼铁新技术发展的重要方向。HIsmelt工艺是经过工业化生产验证,可以完全摆脱焦炭的熔融还原炼铁技术。在总结澳大利亚Kwinana厂生产情况的基础上,结合中国首座HIsmelt工业装置的设计和建设实践,从炉缸耐材、矿粉预热、煤气净化、矿煤喷吹等几个方面,提出HIsmelt工艺优化的主要技术路径;介绍中国首套HIsmelt工艺装置的生产现状。Smelting reduction iron making technology is an important direction in the development of low carbon iron making technology. HIsmeh process is the smelting reduction technology, which is verified by industrial production, can completely get rid of coke. The main technical path of the Hismeh process optimization is proposed from several aspects such as hearth refractory, iron ore preheating, gas dedusting, injection of ore and coal and so on, which is based on the summary of Australia Kwinana plant production practice and combined with engineering and construction practice of the first Hismelt project in China. The latest progress of the first HIsmelt process in China was introduced.
