摘　　要：简要介绍F—EMS（凝固末端电磁搅拌）冶金机理及在方、圆坯连铸机上的使用现状，首次公布一种全新的利用丝杠在线多流自动同步调整方案，克服了手动调整装置工作条件差、效率低、调整精度低等问题，并针对某四流方坯连铸机进行设计计算。This article briefly introduces the application of F-EMS technology on billet and bloom caster. A completely new design for the electromagnetic stirrer muhi strand Synchronous adjustment is first published, which can solve the problem of manual adjusting device, such as the rough working conditions, low adjusting accuracy, poor efficiency and etc. And take a design and calculation for a four-strand billet caster.
