摘 要:为明确温度、湿度、光周期对蚜茧蜂复合防控烟蚜的影响,采用正交实验设计,研究了温度、湿度、光周期对烟蚜被寄生率、虫口减退率的影响。结果表明,其影响程度依次为温度>湿度>光周期。寄生率达到最大值的最佳组合为:T=22℃,RH=65%,L∶D=13 h∶11 h;虫口减退率达到最大值的最佳组合为:T=31℃,RH=65%,L∶D=10 h∶14 h。温度对寄生率、虫口减退率有极显著(Sig.<0.01)的影响;湿度对虫口减退率及寄生率均有显著(Sig.<0.05)影响;光周期对寄生率、虫口减退率均无显著影响。In order to determine the effect of environmental factors on the control of Myzus persicae(Sulzer) by aphid parasitic wasps,the influence of parasitism rate of M.persicae and the population decline rate of aphid parasitic wasps by temperature,humidity and photoperiod was investigated by orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the degree of influence was temperature〉humidity〉photoperiod.The best combination of the maximum rate of parasitization was T =22℃,RH =65%,L∶D =13 h∶11 h.The best combination of the maximum rate of population decline is T =31℃,RH =65%,L∶D =10 h∶14 h.Temperature has extremely significant effect(Sig.〈0.01) on parasitism rate and decline rate;while photoperiod does not have significant effect on these.Humidity has significant effect(Sig.〈0.05) on the decline rate and parasitism rate.
