摘　　要：民族问题关系国家的长治久安。习近平同志长期、高度关注民族地区和民族工作,对少数民族干部队伍建设问题多次作出重要指示。建设一支有使命、敢担当、高素质的少数民族干部队伍,是云南发展的关键所在,需要从云南跨越式发展全局来思考和筹划,需要各级党委、政府、高校和社会共同发力,为云南与全国同步实现小康目标,完成民族团结示范区建设任务提供坚强的思想保障和组织保障。Ethnic issues are crucial to the long-term security and stability of China. Chairman Xi Jinping has attached great importance to our ethnic work and minority areas,and given clear instructions on constructing the teams of ethnic minority leaders. The construction of a team of ethnic minority leaders who are devoted,responsible and qualified is the key to Yunnan＇s development,which calls for an overall planning based on the quick development of Yunnan,concerted efforts from all CPC committees,the governments,educational institutions,and the public. A high-quality ethic minority team of leaders will ideologically and organizationally guarantee Yunnan＇s realization of＂a moderately prosperous society for all＂and＂a demonstration area of ethnic unity and progress＂.
