摘 要:采用恒电位电沉积法在FTO(fluorine-doped tin oxide)导电玻璃表面依次沉积CoS和CuS,形成FTO/CoS/CuS复合对电极,并用于量子点敏化太阳能电池。确定了电沉积电位和电沉积时间,并考察了电沉积温度对电极形貌及电催化活性的影响。采用SEM和TEM对电极的表面形貌和微观结构进行表征;采用紫外可见分光光度计对电极的光反射性能进行测试;通过测试交流阻抗、Tafel极化曲线、J-V曲线及IPCE谱图对电极的电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,FTO/CoS/CuS对电极具有更高的光反射率及电催化活性。与Au片、FTO/CoS和FTO/CuS对电极相比,光电转化效率分别提高了118.3%、48.8%、26.8%。CoS and CuS were deposited sequentially on the surface of fluorine-doped tin oxide( FTO)conductive glass substrate by a potentiostatic method to fabricate an effective FTO/CoS/CuS composite counter electrode for quantum dot sensitized solar cells( QDSCs). The electro-deposition potential and electro-deposition time were determined,and the effects of electro-deposition temperature on the morphology and electrocatalytic activity of the prepared counter electrode were studied. The morphology and microstructure of counter electrode were characterized by SEM and TEM. UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to investigate the optical reflection property of counter electrode. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,Tafel-polarization measurements,J-V curves and IPCE spectra were used to characterize the electrochemical performance. The result indicates that FTO/CoS/CuS composite counter electrode provides a higher reflectivity and superior electrocatalytic activity. Compared with that of QDSCs based on Au,FTO/CoS and FTO/CuS counter electrodes,the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of QDSCs with FTO/CoS/CuS composite counter electrode is increased by 118. 3%,48. 8% and 26. 8%,respectively.
