摘 要:尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)是在膀胱癌中发现的一种长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),在膀胱癌、乳腺癌、黑色素瘤等多种肿瘤中存在差异表达。UCA1可对多种信号通路进行调控,并且作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)参与转录后调控。近期研究发现UCA1的异常表达与肿瘤化疗耐药密切相关,有望成为肿瘤化疗耐药的潜在靶标,为逆转肿瘤耐药提供新思路。本文就UCA1参与肿瘤化疗耐药调节的具体分子机制作一综述。Urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1), a long non- coding RNA (lncRNA) that firstly found in bladder cancer, is ectopic expressed in various tumors, including bladder cancer, breast cancer and melanoma. UCA1 takes part in several signaling and it is also involved in post- transcriptional regulation by pathways, acting as competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA). Recent studies have shown that the ectopic expression of UCA1 is closely related to tumorchemotherapy resistance in different tumors. UCA1, a promising target for drug resistance, could provide new insights for reversing drug resistance. The molecular regulation mechanism by which UCA1 involved in the regulation of tumor chemotherapy drug resistance was reviewed in this study.
