摘  要:无钩豆状囊尾蚴是一种新形态的豆状囊尾蚴,为了解其在相对静止和运动状态时的形态变化,本研究通过从囊泡内取出头节和经培养后让头节自行从囊泡中翻出的方法,用扫描电镜对头节进行了详细观察。结果发现,在相对静止状态时,无钩豆状囊尾蚴的顶突如同数层圆饼叠放在一起,表面较平,中央有1个较大的结节,周边有放射状花纹;4个吸盘收缩成结节状。在相对运动状态时,顶突收缩,中央的结节内陷,变成环状物,如同一个救生圈。继之,环状顶突的皮层向外开张,形成轮胎状结构,表面有粗大的横纹;顶突的瓣状结节打开,扩张呈喇叭口状,并有粗细不一的放射状皱襞与皮层相连;顶突变成一个车轮样结构;4个吸盘有明显的环状收缩,表面有环形波纹,吸盘口变小。总之,无钩豆状囊尾蚴形态的变化与其功能改变是一致的,有利于其对宿主组织的侵袭。No-hamulus Cysticercus pisiformis is one of the new morphological Cysticercus pisifor- m is. To realize its morphologic changes in relative rest and motion state, the scolexes taken out from cysts and evaginated from cysts after the cultivation were observed in detail by scanning elec- tron microscopy. In relative rest state, the rostellum of no-hamulus Cysiticercus pisifornis looked like several oblate pastry stacked up together,its surface was flatter, there was a bigger nodule in the center,4 suckers contracted and become nodule. In relative motion state, rostellum started to contraction,the nodule in center initiated to invagination and become an annulars liking life buoy. Thereafter,the tegument on annular rostellum was opening outside and formed car-wheel struc- ture with thick cross striation. The petal structures on rostellum began to operation and looked like bell mouth,in which there were a lot of radical folds between bell mouth and tegument of rest- ellum. 4 suckers were in cyclic contraction,there were lots of cyclic damaskeen on it,sucker mouth become smaller. In a word,the morphological changes of no-hamulus Cysticercus pisiformis were consistent with it function. It is to the benefit for no-hamulus Cysticercus pisiforrnis to attack the host tissues.
