摘　　要：目的:探索医疗服务项目成本与价格变化趋势及内在关系。方法:将加权商品价格指数法应用于医疗服务项目,构建起医疗服务项目的成本与价格指数模型。结果:通过实施对医疗服务项目的项目分类、成本核算、成本调研、价格调研、指数运算、结果分析等,初步发现医疗服务项目成本与价格指数内在关系及变化趋势。结论:在本研究的基础上为医疗服务价格动态调整机制的建立提供参考和依据。Objective： To explore the price change trend and internal relations of medical services, project cost and Methods： Weighted commodity price index method was applied to medical see＇ices to build up the cost of medical service project and price in- dex model. Results： By means of the implementation of the classification of medical setwice projects, cost accounting, cost research, price research, index calculation, result analysis and so on, medical service project cost and the price index, internal relations and trends were found. Conclusion： On the basis of the study, it provided references and evidence for the establishment of the medical service price dynamic adjustment mechanism.
