摘　　要：新形势下,我国应急管理发展面临愈加复杂的情境,应急情报研究对于应急管理的发展完善愈发重要,在突发事件应对中的作用不可替代。在前人关于应急情报研究的基础上,文章基于应急网络组织框架,较清晰地界定了应急情报的内涵,并对应急情报的来源作了具体探讨,同时对应急情报传递的特征及具体路径进行了剖析,最后研究了应急情报共享机理及应急情报共享的网络模型,从而较完整深入地对应急网络组织中应急情报进行了理论分析与建构。As the development of emergency management is facing increasingly complex situations, emergency information re- searches play a more and more important role in the development of emergency management and become irreplaceable in coping emergencies. Based on the previous researches, by using emergency network organization framework, this paper defines the mean- ing of emergency information clearly, discusses the emergency sources of information specifically, analyzes the emergency informa- tion transfer characteristics and specific transmitting paths, and at the same time, studies emergency information sharing mecha- nism and sharing network model. Therefore, the paper provides a thorough theoretical analysis and construction of emergency infor- mation in emergency network organization.
