摘　　要：随着知识经济的兴起,越来越多的军工企业开始构建自身的知识管理系统。调研发现,目前大部分知识管理系统在底层知识资源的表达和组织方面还存在不足,对知识推理、挖掘等技术的实现带来了不利影响。针对上述问题,首先分析了知识模型的作用和意义,随后阐述了本体在信息组织中的作用,在此基础上,基于本体思想,提出了一种知识模型及用户模型的表达方法,并对后续的应用模式进行了探讨。With the blooming of knowledge economy, more and more military enterprises begin to construct internal knowledge management （KM） system. Currently, most KM systems have defects in the expression and organization of underlying knowledge, which negatively affects the further application of technologies such as knowledge reasoning and mining, This paper firstly analyzes the definition and significance of knowledge model, and then elaborates on the function of ontology in information organization. On this ba- sis, a new expression of knowledge model and user model is proposed based on ontology, and further application model is discussed.
