摘 要:基于电动汽车的可控负荷和移动储能特性,提出了面向综合能源楼宇的电动汽车辅助服务方案。首先,构建了含电动汽车接入的综合能源楼宇模型,并引入楼宇的能源运营商定价机制。其次,分析了电动汽车与综合能源楼宇的交互特性和互动机理,提出了综合能源楼宇层面的电动汽车常规辅助服务方案和紧急辅助服务方案。最后,以某冬季典型日场景为例,对所提2种辅助服务方案进行了仿真验证和结论分析。仿真结果表明,多能互补的综合能源楼宇促进了能源在终端用户层面的梯级高效转换和利用,提升了系统对电动汽车充电负荷的接纳能力;常规辅助服务方案能够增大综合能源系统热电协调运行的空间和灵活性,提高系统的光伏消纳率,能够显著降低用户侧热、电负荷用能成本和车主充电成本,在用电高峰时对系统亦有调峰作用;紧急辅助服务方案在楼宇供给侧的能源网络发生故障时能够提供系统备用,快速响应系统的状态变化,楼宇可在不增加储能和备用电源投资的情况下维持用户的热、电负荷供应。Based on features of controllable load and mobile energy storage of electric vehicle(EV), ancillary services(AS) provided by EV for building integrated energy system(BIES) were proposed in this paper. Firstly, a BIES model with EV was established, including pricing mechanism of energy operator. Secondly, considering interactive characteristics and mechanism between EV and BIES, conventional and emergency AS provided by EV were proposed. Finally, taking a typical winter scenario as an example, this paper discussed simulation results. The results demonstrate that BIES promotes energy conversion efficiency and energy utilization at the level of underlying users, increasing receptivity of EV charging loads in multi-energy system. It is significant to optimize operation of energy equipment and consumption of PV resources in conventional AS by controlling EV charging loads. In addition, it can significantly reduce charging costs and energy demands and shift peak loads during peak period. EV can provide reserve capacity and respond quickly to the system in emergency AS when energy supply is malfunctioned. BIES could maintain thermal and electrical supply without increasing investment in energy storage devices and backup generators.
