民主治理视域下当代大学生参与高校治理:必要性、障碍及其路径选择

摘　　要：在民主治理理念日益凸显的时代,当代大学生参与高校治理政策的提出,既是推进高校民主化的一种途径,也是提升大学生参与高校治理程度的一种重要举措。在此大环境下,近年来高校也不断提倡并允许大学生参与高校治理,甚至在某些领域还有相应的配套措施,但从实践来看,大学生参与高校治理的效果并不理想,基本上还处于随机式的初级阶段或起步阶段。究其原因,不难发现,当代大学生参与高校治理还面临法律法规、管理权限、参与范围以及政策执行等层面带来的多重障碍,针对这些障碍,进一步提出较为有效的突破路径。In the era of democratic governance, the participation of contemporary university students in the governance of universities is not only a way to promote the democratization of universities, but also an important measure to enhance the participation of university students in the university governance. In this environment, universities in recent years continue to advocate and allow university students to participate in university governance, and even in some areas there are corresponding supporting measures, but from the practice point of view, the effect of university students participating in university governance is not ideal, basically still in the random stage of the initial stage or start. The reason is that it is not difficult to find that the participation of contemporary university students in university governance is also faced with the multiple obstacles of laws and regulations, management authority, participation scope and policy implementation. In view of these obstacles, the article further proposes a more effective breakthrough path.
