制度功能视角下高校学生管理路径研究

摘　　要：高校学生管理制度具有克服路径依赖、合理权力配置、规避趋同性组织、构建民主化氛围的功能。随着高校学生管理工作复杂性的增强、社会性凸显等因素,其对管理制度功能的发挥极为依赖。因此,基于高校学生管理工作在实践中出现的诸多问题,应强化高校学生管理的法制化、民主化制度体系建设,厘清制度关系,促进高校学生管理制度的适时变革。The management system of college students has the functions of overcoming the path dependence, rationally allocating power, avoiding the convergence organization and constructing the democratic atmosphere. With the management complexity of college students strengthening and factors of social highlights and so on, the student management system is very dependent on the functions＇ play . Therefore, based on the problems that arise in the practice of college student management, this paper strengthens the legalization and the democratization system construction of student management in colleges and universities and clarifies the relationship between the system to promote the timely reform of the student management system.
