摘 要:植棉技术标准化是引领棉花产业发展的技术支撑。本文概述了植棉技术标准化国外研究内容和工作进展,国内植棉技术标准化的发展历程、标准的分类及功能以及初步形成的植棉技术标准化体系;展望了我国未来植棉技术标准化发展,提出了"国际化、系统化、常态化"发展之路,通过对现行体制改革,建立政府主导制定的标准与市场自主制定的标准协同发展的新型标准体系,旨在为我国植棉技术标准化发展提供参考。The cotton planting technology standardization is the technical support to lead the development of the cotton industry.In this paper, we summarized the standardization research work and the present progress abroad, and the development courses of the domestic cotton technology standardization, the classification and the function of standards, and the initial formation systems of the cotton technology standardization. We also prospected the development of the cotton planting technology standardization in the future, put forward the development way of standards of "internationalization, systematization, normalization". The new standard system of the collaborative development was established between the government led standards and the market independent standards by the current system reform. The aim is to provide reference for the development of the cotton planting technology standards in our country.
