摘 要:目的:了解综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血糖的影响。方法:选取前往医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者98人,随机分为干预组(49人)、对照组(49人)。对干预组人群开展为期6个月的膳食指导和符合营养制剂补充的综合营养干预,对照组不采取相应干预措施。结果:同基线数据相比干预组人群体重、甘油三酯、总胆固醇均有降低,对照组分别增加0.1±2.6kg、0.1±0.9mmol/L、0.5±3.3mmol/L,差异无统计学意义;干预组空腹血糖、餐后0.5h血糖、餐后1h血糖、餐后2h血糖变化值分别为-0.5±2.5、-0.8±3.1、-0.7±4.1、-0.5±4.7mmol/L,对照组分别为0.2±1.9、1.2±2.8、0.5±3.4、-0.7±4.0mmol/L。结论:综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖异常可起到一定程度的改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nutrition intervention on blood lipids and glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Totally 98 Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected and divided into intervention group( 49 patients) and control group( 49 patients). A total of 6 months of comprehensive nutrition intervention including dietary guidance and nutritional supplements were conducted in the intervention group,and the control group did not take these interventions. Result The body weight,triglyceride and total cholesterol of the intervention group decreased by-0. 1 ± 3. 2kg,-0. 1 ± 0. 9mmol/L,-0. 3 ±1. 7mmol/L,but increased by 0. 1 ± 2. 6kg、0. 1 ± 0. 9mmol/L,0. 5 ± 3. 3mmol/L in control group,the difference was not significant.The fasting blood glucose,0. 5h postprandial glucose,1. 0h postprandial glucose and 2. 0h postprandial glucose decreased by-0. 5 ±2. 5mmol/L,-0. 8 ± 3. 1mmol/L,-0. 7 ± 4. 1mmol/L and-0. 5 ± 4. 7mmol/L in the intervention group,but increased by 0. 2 ±1. 9mmol/L,1. 2 ± 2. 8mmol/L,0. 5 ± 3. 4mmol/L and-0. 7 ± 4. 0mmol/L in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nutrition intervention can decrease the blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
