徐州市主城区全面构建虚拟养老院路径选择研究

摘　　要：徐州养老服务业发展"十三五"规划指出要在主城区内全面构建虚拟养老院,然而当前徐州虚拟养老院的建设在制度规范、服务内容和人力资源等方面存在不足,在借鉴当前国内以及本地区虚拟养老院建设的经验和最新研究基础上,指出主城区内全面构建虚拟养老院将会面临的一些困境,以期在主城区内全面构建虚拟养老院的过程中选择正确的路径,即吸引社会有效资金、执行完善相关法律条规和完善养老服务内容等。It is pointed that virtual nursing homes are built comprehensively in the urban area of Xuzhou in the Thirteenth Five- Year Plan about the development of pension service, but the current situation of building virtual nursing homes are negative, such as institutional norms, service content and human resources. Based on experience and latest research of the current domestic and regional virtual nursing homes construction, it points out that building virtual nursing homes comprehensively in the urban area of Xuzhou will face some difficulties, and a few measures are put forward in order to choose correct paths, which attracts social capi- tal, performs the relevant laws and regulations, and improves virtual nursing home service contents, etc.
