摘  要:盾构接收是复杂软弱富含水地层盾构施工的关键风险点。针对某地铁车站端头隧道施工中所遇到的特殊工程地质条件,提出并采用了杯型水平冻结法端头加固与钢套筒辅助的盾构接收施工工艺。采用工程应用与实测相结合的研究方法,对水平冻结加固区的温度以及盾构接收期间地表沉降进行了现场实测研究。分析了冻结壁温度变化规律,判断安装和切割钢套筒时机,确保了钢套筒顺利切割。总结了软弱富含水地层钢套筒盾构接收技术的特点及难点,有效地避免了盾构接收过程中涌水、涌砂的风险,保障了盾构的安全接收。Shield receiving is the key risk point during shield construction in soft water-rich soil. According to the special engineering geological conditions of a subway station,the con- struction technology of horizontal freezing reinforcement and steel sleeve assisted shield construction is proposed. This freezing construction technology and the ground subsidence during the shield receiving are studied by using engineering application and field measurement. The law of the freezing soil wall thermal field is analyzed to judge the time of installing and the cutting of steel sleeve for smooth shield receiving. The specific process and the key technology of shield receiving in soft water-rich soil are summarized, in order to avoid the risk of water gushing and sand pouring in the process of shield re- ceiving effectively.
