摘　　要：介绍了用于气体密封的天然橡胶-聚四氟乙烯复合密封圈的研制方法。天然橡胶配方采用低硫高促硫化体系和粗粒径喷雾炭黑补强体系,制成的橡塑复合密封圈具有良好耐磨性、回弹性和气体密封性。Sealing rings with natural rubber-polytetrafluoroethylene composite construction for gas sealing were introduced in this paper.Low sulphur-high accelerator curing system and coarse spraying carbon black filling system were employed in the natural rubber formulation.Consequently,the composite product possessed excellent wear resistance,resilience and gas sealing performance.
