摘 要:通过对比重整原料性质和反应条件的实际值与设计值,分析了180万t/a连续重整装置重整生成油辛烷值低的原因,并采取了相应的改进措施。结果表明:重整原料芳烃质量分数和初馏点低是造成重整生成油辛烷值低的主要原因;通过将加氢裂化轻石脑油终馏点由不超过140℃调整为不超过120℃,即加氢裂化重石脑油进料量由20 t/h提高至30 t/h时,重整原料芳烃质量分数提高到约36%,重整生成油芳烃质量分数达到约76%,研究法辛烷值(RON)达到约101,提高了1个单位,同时其收率亦提高了2.20%。By comparing the actual value and de- sign value of the reforming raw material properties and reaction conditions, the reasons of low octane number of the reformate in a 1. 8 Mt/a continuous reforming unit were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were taken. The results showed that the main reasons were the low mass fraction of aromatic content and the low initial boil- ing point of the reforming raw materials. By adjusting the end point of the hydrocracking light naphtha from not more than 140 ℃ to not more than 120 ℃,the feedstock of the hydrocracking heavy naphtha was adjusted from 20 t/h to 30 t/h,the mass fraction of aromatic of the reforming raw materials reached about 36% ,the mass fraction of aromatic of the re- formate reached about 76%, the research octane number reached about 101, increasing one unit, and the yield of reformate increased by 2.20%.
