摘  要:分析了中国石油兰州石化公司120万t/a延迟焦化装置在掺炼沉降后催化油浆过程中存在的运行问题,并采取了相应的优化对策。结果表明,通过增大油浆沉降储罐容积至4 000 m3,提高沉降储罐油浆抽出口位置至距罐底1.3 m处,增加油浆沉降储罐底部抽渣流程,300万t/a重油催化裂化装置(FCCU)新增2台油浆沉降剂混合泵,120万t/a FCCU新增油浆沉降剂加注系统,使延迟焦化装置油浆掺炼比例从4.62%提高到10.30%,油浆平均掺炼量提高6.97 t/h。Some operation problems were analyzed in the process of blending sedimentated catalytic slurry in a 1.2 Mt/a delayed coking unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, and corre- sponding optimization countermeasures were adopt- ed. The results showed that the blending ratio of slurry in delayed coking unit increased from 4.62% to 10.30% and the average mixing amount of slurry increased by 6.97 t/h through taking corresponding measures such as increasing the volume of slurry set-tling tank to 4 000 m3 , raising the slurry outlet posi- tion of settling tank to 1.3 m from the bottom of the tank, rising residue pumping process at the bottom of slurry settling tank, and adding two catalytic slurry settling agent mixing pumps in a 3.0 Mt/a FCCU, adding the catalytic slurry settling agent filling sys- tem in a 1.2 Mt/a FCCU.
