摘 要:在中国石油兰州石化公司60万t/a航煤加氢装置上进行了柴油加氢FHUDS-5再生催化剂的工业应用,并与装置原用FHUDS-2催化剂进行了工业标定对比。结果表明:FHUDS-5再生催化剂对原料中硫、碱性氮、硫醇硫、总酸值的脱除率分别为97.81%,96.36%,94.74%,94.20%,所得精制航煤产品各项性质均达到了3#喷气燃料和军用航煤的指标要求;在达到基本相同的硫、碱性氮、硫醇硫、总酸值脱除率时,与装置原用FHUDS-2催化剂相比,FHUDS-5再生催化剂的反应温度降低了7.2℃,装置能耗下降了1.08个单位。The diesel hydrogenation FHUDS -5 regenerated catalyst was applied in a 0.6 Mt/a avia- tion kerosene hydrogenation unit of Lanzhou Petro- chemical Company, PetroChina, and the industrial calibration was compared with the original FHUDS- 2 catalyst. The results showed that with the FHUDS -5 regenerated catalyst, the removal rate of sulphur, basic nitrogen, mercaptan sulfur and the total acid number was 97.81%, 96.36%, 94.74% and 94.20% respectively, the properties of refined aviation kerosene products met the require- ments of 3 jet fuel and military jet fuel. When theremoval rate of sulphur, basic nitrogen, mercaptan sulfur and the total acid number were almost the same,the FHUDS- 5 regenerated catalyst compared with the FI-IUDS -2 original catalyst, the reaction temperature of the former one decreased by 7.2 ~C, and the energy consumption of the unit decreased by 1.08 units.
