大庆套管头应用技术浅析

摘　　要：套管头是安装在套管上,起到连接套管和井口装置的作用,是井控装置的一部分。大庆油田公司所钻井要求全部安装套管头,以保证钻井施工安全和采油安全,目前套管头种类繁杂,许多学者对套管头进行了广泛研究,但并不完全适合大庆的地层地质条件。选择合理的套管头,可达到既经济又安全。介绍了套管头结构,从套管头悬挂器种类、密封方案、材质要求等方面选择了适合大庆地质条件的套管头,并对套管头配件工具及使用提出几点要求。通过分析,对大庆油田套管头选择和使用具有重要指导作用。Casing head installed on the casing is a part of capping hookup, which is connecting casing and capping hookup. In order to guarantee safety during drilling construction and production, all of the wells in Daqing Oilfield have to be installed casing head. At present, there are many kinds of casing head researched by lots of scholar, but it is not entirely suitable for the stratigraphic and geo- logical conditions in Daqing. The reasonable selection for casing head could realize benefit and safety. In the paper, the structure of casing head is instructed, casing heads for Daqing Oilfield forma- tion condition are selected on the basis of the kinds of casing head hanger, sealing project, material, the requirements are proposed for accessory tools of casing head and its application. It can play an important role in selecting and using casing head at Daqing Oil- field by the analysis of casing head in the paper.
