摘 要:文化产业发展是文化资源保护和开发的战略选择,但是文化资源优势并不必然转化为文化产业优势;文化资源向文化产业转化需要经历文化资源到文化产品和文化产品到文化产业两个阶段。由于在文化资源认知、文化创意、技术创新和资本投入等诸多方面存在局限,文化资源向文化产业的转化遭遇困境;对文化资源进行合理分类和科学评估,注重培养文化创意人才,加大技术创新投入,创新文化企业融资渠道是实现文化资源向文化产业高效转化的可能路径。The inheritance and development of Chinese culture calls for the preservation and exploitation of cultural resources. In this regard, a strategic decision is to promote cultural industry which is in return based on cuhural resources. Since transforming cultural resources to cultural industry is a complex process including two key steps: the transformation of cultural resources to cultural products and that of cultural products to cultural industry, advantages in cultural resources are not equal to those in cultural industry. This paper aims to analyze difficulties of the transforming process, and holds that recognition of cultural resources and cultural innovation are crucial in the first step, while technological innovation and capital input are keys to the problem of the second step. Only by making a breakthrough in these critical areas, can we transform cultural resources to cultural industry efficiently and effectively.
