摘　　要：迅猛发展的新媒体技术使人们的生活方式发生巨大改变,也给工会工作带来了新机遇和新挑战。为适应新媒体时代下职工群众对工会工作的新要求,中国石化工会工委创办"中国石化职工之家"微信公众平台,有效探索实践了如何应用新媒体对推动工会工作进行创新。The rapid development of new media technology has greatly changed the way people live, and has brought new opportunities and challenges to the work of trade unions. To accommodate the new demands of the workers on trade unions in the new media era, the Working Committee of Trade Union under SINOPEC has set up a WeChat public platform named ＂SINOPEC Workers＇ Home＂ to effectively explore the use of new media in driving trade union work innovation.
