摘　　要：本文从心理角度探查了女性学生党员创业心理。以问卷调查的方式调查了女性学生占比较大的黑龙江八一农垦大学会计学院女性大学生创业心理,分析了影响女性大学生党员创业的心理因素之后,建议通过构建创业课程体系,培养创业心理素质,开展创业实践体验活动等途径来帮助大学生做好创业准备。The essay researchs the entrepreneurial mentality of female Party members among undergraduates from the perspective of psychology by the means of conducting a survey in the form of questionnaire on entrepreneurial consciousness and mental qualities of female undergraduates in Accounting College where has a large proportion of female students in Heilongjiang Bayi Agriculture University.After analysing the psychological factors which influence the female undergraduates of Party members on starting a business,it suggests that educators could help students prepare for entrepreneurship through setting up curriculums,developing quality,implementing experiential activities of entrepreneurial practice,etc.
