西部地方本科院校财务管理问题探究

摘　　要：西部地区很多地方本科学院均属于普通高校。地方本科院校在办学思路、人才培养模式、财务管理等方面存在诸多问题,尤其是财务管理问题十分突出,严重制约地方本科院校后续发展。分析西部地方本科院校面临的财务管理问题及其成因,提出有效解决财务管理问题的建议。There are several local universities in west areas of China belonging to the regular colleges or universities,which have many issues on philosophy of schooling,talent training model and finance management,especially the last one. The finance management has influenced the future development of local universities seriously. The present study analyzed the current issues and their reasons and then proposed some countermeasures.
