摘　　要：半侧颜面肌增生(Hemifacial myohyperplasia,HMH)是一类仅涉及半侧颜面部肌肉软组织增生畸形的疾病。由于该病稀发,国内外文献并未对其进行详细阐述。本文从当前的研究现状出发,对半侧颜面肌增生的分类历史、可能的发病机制、临床表现、组织学检查、临床诊断以及治疗进行了文献综述。Hemifacial myohyperplasia is a kind of condition characterized by unilateral enlargement of muscles of the face with no other organ system involvement. As the rare incidence rate, few literature elaborated the disease. In this paper, the classification systems, possible pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, histological examination, diagnosis and treatment of this disease according to domestic and foreign literature were reviewed.
