钱钟书小说中的现代“知识人”形象分析

摘　　要：钱钟书小说所关注的对象主要是文化圈和知识界受过高等教育的现代"知识人",他要突出这类自视高人一等的人的基本劣根性。在他的小说《人·兽·鬼》和《围城》中所出现的"知识人"形形色色,非常之多,如政治家、学者、大学生、留学生、作家、诗人、画家、编辑或记者等。钱钟书描写这类人物的手法十分精妙,类似人物肖像或漫画。以方鸿渐为代表的一批"知识人"身上也出现了多重文化价值观念的冲突,很多人物的价值观念也都不堪一击。这些怯弱的"知识人",性格矛盾、处境尴尬。时代变更,他们既不能墨守陈规,也不可标新立异,最终成为一类半新半旧不中不西的小人物,有的成为文化夹缝中的痛苦寻梦人,更多则成为大时代中角逐个人私利的卑微角色。Qian Zhongshu＇s novels are mainly concerned with the modern ＂intellectuals＂ who have been educated in higher education. He wants to highlight the basic evil of this kind of self-esteem. The ＂knowledge people＂ appearing in his novels, Human, Beasts, Ghosts and Fortress Besiegeds, are very diverse, such as politicians, academics, college students, international students, writers, poets, painters, editors or journalists. Qian Zhongshu＇s close-up art of such people is very subtle, very similar to these portraits Fang Hongjian as a representative of the group of ＂knowledge people＂ who also appeared in the multi-cultural values of the conflict, many people＇s values are also vulnerable. These cowhearted ＂knowledge people＂ , were in character contradictions and embarrassing situation. Times changing, they cannot keep stereotypes, nor can＇t be unconventional, and ultimately became a kind of little human half east and west, some become the pain of the cultural gap in the search for a dream, more become the humble roles for expediency in the big era.
