摘　　要：旴江医学源远流长,在中国医学史上占有极其重要的地位,其中针灸学术造诣深远。通过对席弘、李梴、龚廷贤、龚居中和陈自明等医家的著作及针灸临床经验进行研究,总结其中的针灸学术思想及对旴江医学的贡献。医家席弘注重辨证求本,对针刺手法研究颇多;医家李梴强调用穴宜精简;医家龚廷贤对各种灸法研究较深;医家龚居中重视针灸、气功等疗法的综合运用;医家陈自明强调整体观念,擅用针刺、艾灸、敷贴等外治疗法;医家龚信对施灸工具大胆创新。对旴江医学针灸学术思想作简要分析。Xujiang Medicine has a long history, and it plays an important part in the history of Chinese medicine. In Xujiang Medicine the academic ideology of acupuncture and moxibustion has achieved profound attainments. The paper summarizes the academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion as well as contributions to Xujiang Medicine, according to the study on the works and clinical experience of physicians including Xi Hong, Li Chan, Gong Tingxian, Gong Juzhong, Chen Ziming and so on. Xi Hong emphasized the differentiation of syndrome aiming at the root causes, and had more research on acupuncture manipulation. Li Chan stressed that points selection should be efficient and simple. Gong Tingxian conducted deep studies on different kinds of moxibustion. Gong Juzhong attached importance to the comprehensive application of acupuncture, qigong and other therapies. Chen Ziming highlighted the holistie concept and was good at using external treatments such as acupuncture, moxibustion and plaster. Gong Xin innovated the tools of moxibustion. The paper also briefly analyzes the acupuncture academic ideology in Xujiang Medicine.
