儿童心身因素相关消化系统疾病中西医处置实践

摘　　要：儿童消化系统易受内外环境刺激及情绪因素的影响,是心身相关最敏感的器官。功能性胃肠病就是一组最常见的消化道功能紊乱性、非器质性、心身因素相关疾病。临床医师采用西医、中医及心理行为干预等心身同治的整体医学治疗模式治疗儿童该类疾病收获良效,现已逐渐发展为一种趋势。选取功能性消化不良、非特异性功能性腹痛和功能性便秘等3种相对常见的儿童心身因素相关消化系统疾病。Children＇s digestive system, with the most sensitive organs to the psychosomatic disease, is easy to be affected by the internal and external environmental stimuli and emotional factors. Functional gastrointestinal disorders are the most common group of non-organic and psychosomatic diseases with gastrointestinal dysfunction. The integrated medical treatment model of western medicine, Chinese medicine and psychotherapy has been used to treat pediatric functional gastrointestinal disorders, and with a good curative effect, it has been gradually developed into a trend. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment in Chinese and western medicine of three kinds of relatively common pediatric functional gastrointestinal disorders： functional dyspepsia, nonspecific functional abdominal pain and functional constipation.
