榕江月亮山区野生黑木耳中宏量元素和微量元素含量的研究

摘　　要：为了探明贵州省榕江县月亮山区野生黑木耳中宏量元素和微量元素的含量,采用FAAS法测定了该地区野生黑木耳中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe和Mn的含量.结果表明:Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe和Mn的含量分别为1310,347.5,266.1,58.6,8.38,10.8 mg/Kg.分析认为,贵州省榕江月亮山区的野生黑木耳营养元素Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn含量较高,具有较高的食用价值.In order to explore the macroelements and microelements contents in wild Auricularia auricular from Yueliang mountain area, Rongjiang county, we determined the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in wild Auricularia auricular by FAAS method. The results showed that the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn were 1310, 347.5,266.1, 58.6, 8.38, 10.8mg/Kg. The analysis showed that the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn were higher in wild Auricularia auricular from Yueliang mountain area, Rongjiang county, Guizhou province , which had higher edible value.
