高磁场MRI颅脑平扫对外伤性小灶性脑出血患者临床诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究高磁场MRI颅脑平扫对外伤性小灶性脑出血患者临床诊断价值。方法:回顾2015年4月—2017年4月我院收治的56例外伤性小灶性脑出血患者,均对其行CT检查及高磁场MRI颅脑平扫检查,对其检查结果进行观察比较。结果:高磁场MRI颅脑平扫图像较CT检查图像清晰度及疾病检出率明显更高。结论:高磁场颅脑MRI颅脑平扫检查外伤性小灶性脑出血的检出率更高,所得图像清晰,可为临床提供更加确切诊断依据,可作为首选诊断方法加以推广。Objective： To explore the clinical diagnostic value of high magnetic field MRI brain scan on patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 56 patients with traumatic cerebral cerebral hemorrhage cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, the results of CT examination were compared. Results： The high magnetic field MRI brain plain scan image than CT scan image clarity and disease detection rate was significantly higher. Condusion： The detection rate of traumatic focal cerebral hemorrhage in patients with high magnetic field MRI brain scan is higher, the image is clear, can provide more accurate evidence for clinical diagnosis and can be used as the first diagnosis method to promote.
