摘　　要：目的:探讨肺部可疑肿块在CT引导下穿刺活检的临床应用优势。方法:对80例肺部可疑肿块的患者在16层螺旋CT引导下,进行精准定位、穿刺和活检。结果:80例患者穿刺成功率为100%,确诊率95%,有并发症的为5%。结论:肺部穿刺活检为病理提供了准确的依据,帮助临床对肿块进行定性和分类,对诊断和治疗起着重要作用。Objective： To explore the lung suspicious lump in the clinical application of CT guided biopsy. Methods： 80 cases of patients with pulmonary suspicious lump in 16 layers spiral CT guided, accurate localization, puncture and biopsy. Results： 80 patients puncture success rate was 100%, the diagnosis rate is 95%, there are complications was 5%. Conclusion ： lung biopsy for pathological provides the accurate basis, to help clinical qualitative and mass are classified, plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment.
