胰腺癌诊断中螺旋CT扫描的价值及临床意义探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺癌诊断中螺旋CT扫描的价值及临床意义。方法:对我院近两年收治的100例经术后病理诊断却真的额胰腺癌患者临床资料进行研究分析,患者均接受螺旋CT扫描诊断,观察患者CT表现及超声诊断结果,并将两种诊断结果与术后病理结果进行比较分析。结果:CT能够对患者肿瘤大小、密度、形态及肿瘤与临近脏器、组织的关系进行清晰显示;超声诊断结果与螺旋CT诊断和术后病理诊断结果比较有显著差异(P<0.05),螺旋CT与术后病理诊断结果比较无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:螺旋CT诊断胰腺癌效果显著,能够清晰显示肿瘤与临近组织关系等,可作为胰腺癌术前诊断的影像学诊断方式推广使用。Objective： To investigate the value of spiral CT scan in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance.Methods： 100 cases of our hospital in recent years treated by postoperative pathological diagnosis was what amount of patients with pancreatic cancer clinical data analysis, patients underwent spiral CT scan in diagnosis, observation of patients with CT and ultrasound diagnosis results, and two kinds of diagnostic results and postoperative pathological results were compared.Results： CT in patients with tumor size, density, morphology and tumor and adjacent organs, dearly display organizational relations; ultrasound diagnosis with spiral CT diagnosis and postoperative pathological diagnosis results had significant difference （P〈0.05）, spiral CT and postoperative pathological diagnosis results compared with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion： Spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer has a significant effect, can dearly show the relationship between tumor and adjacent tissue, and can be used as a preoperative diagnostic imaging diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
