摘 要:目的:分析护理管理临床进修学习中运用护理部-病房带教模式的效果。方法:选取50例护理进修生作为临床研究对象,随机平均的将其分成每组25人的对照组与研究组。对照组进修生行传统护理管理临床教学模式、研究组行护理部-病房带教模式。最终比较两组进修生带教效果。结果:在各项护理管理知识掌握率的比较中,研究组优于对照组;在理论考试成绩比较中,研究组得90分以上的进修生比例也优于对照组;且两项数据比较中P均<0.05。结论:将护理部-病房带教模式运用到护理管理临床进修教学中,有助于提高进修生医护知识运用及管理水平,值得广泛推广运用。Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing ward teaching mode in clinical nursing education. Methods. A total of 50 nursing students were randomly divided into the control group and the study group of 25 groups. The control group received the traditional nursing management clinical teaching mode, the research group nursing department ward teaching mode. Finally, compare the effect of two groups of students. Results: The rate comparison to master the knowledge of nursing management in the study group than the control group; in comparison the theory examination scores in the study group, more than 90 points of the student ratio is better than the control group; and the two data in P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: It is helpful to improve the utilization and management level of the nursing knowledge of nursing students, which is worthy of wide application.
